In April 2025 , Gritter Real Estate Services highlighted our Owner’s Representation services, including site selection, project management, asset management, and capital improvements. Tom brokered his fourth transaction with Coval Fitness and Performance and we shared the Grace Church Client story, where Tom worked as an owner’s representative to complete three renovation projects.
March 2025
In March of 2025, Tom began his third year teaching a real estate asset management course at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Friends and clients of Gritter Real Estate opened The Guest House, a historic inn in Dexter, MI and Damian’s Craft Meats closed on a 32 Acre property in Manchester, MI!
February 2025
In the February edition of our newsletter, Gritter Real Estate Services highlighted our brokerage services and celebrated two of our clients. Tom brokered the lease for Royal Thai Cuisine that is now open and is working as an owner’s representative and broker for Damians’ Craft Meats that just received site plan approval!
