Tom Gritter, Founder
Tom Gritter is the founder of Gritter Real Estate Services. Tom has over 20 years of real estate development, investment, management and transactional experience across the hospitality, multifamily and commercial real estate industries. During this time Mr. Gritter has managed real estate portfolios valued over $2 billion, closed over $500 million in transactions, disposed and acquired scores of buildings and completed numerous development and redevelopment projects throughout North America and the Caribbean with extensive experience in Michigan and Florida. Tom excels at forming and leading teams to a desired outcome and creating value. Mr. Gritter was a 4-year letter winner for the University of Michigan Soccer Team, leading the team to the NCAA Elite 8 and graduating with high distinction with a BBA from the Ross School of Business where he now teaches classes for both undergraduate and graduate students. Tom resides in Ann Arbor with his wife, Sarah, and their two kids, Emma and James.
